ProductRush may collect account information such as email address, product submissions, demo files, website URLs, payment references, support communications and basic usage information such as product views and outbound visits.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, publish and moderate listings, process and verify payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, measure product engagement and operate and improve the service.
Payments
Payment instruments are handled by the selected payment processor. ProductRush is designed not to store raw card or UPI credentials.
Service providers
ProductRush may use infrastructure, database, storage, email, analytics and payment providers where necessary to operate the service. Service providers are limited to those reasonably necessary to operate ProductRush and process customer requests.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
