Does a higher rank mean ProductRush thinks a product is better?
No. Rank reflects promotional placement value, not an independent review, quality score, investment recommendation or endorsement.
When does my product appear?
A listing appears after successful payment and moderation. ProductRush may reject submissions that violate its content or platform rules.
What can I submit?
Legitimate products and services you own or are authorized to promote. Submissions must use accurate descriptions and lawful demo content.
What happens if someone claims a higher position?
When competitive placement is enabled, an approved higher claim can move ahead in the board. Existing listings remain visible subject to the current ranking rules.
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the published Refund Policy and the reason for the request. Review that policy before purchasing placement.
